What are Microgreens?
“Microgreens or Micro vegetables” They are young vegetables harvested before their maturity stage, they have nutrients in a more concentrated form than in the developed plant and contain more chlorophyll than sprouts and shoots.
Microgreens are superfoods and super nutritious foods. Today they are eaten in salads, soups, sandwiches or to garnish dishes in fine restaurants.
